American tests positive for Ebola as outbreak spreads in Africa

An American aid worker exposed to Ebola in the Democratic Republic of Congo has tested positive and is being transferred to Germany for treatment, according to the CDC. The U.S. says six additional exposed citizens will also be evacuated. NBC News’ Maggie Vespa reports.
