This study presents a hydrogel-based platform that preserves patient-derived lymph node slices ex vivo, maintaining viability, architecture, and immune function. The model enables robust responses to tumor dissociates and mRNA vaccines, offering a powerful tool for studying human immunity and accelerating vaccine and immunotherapy development.
