An immune-inspired intelligent aptasensor with broad detection capability
Biosensor performance is constrained by suboptimal aptamers and conventional aptamer-material combinations. This study introduces an immunity-inspired biomimetic strategy fundamentally refactor aptamer engineering. A core biosensing mechanism is established through target-induced self-assembly of DNA nanosphere-Cu(II) nanozymes. Integrated with a smartphone-based detection platform, the aptamer-nanozyme-based biosensor demonstrates broad detection capabilities.
