Gun Handed to Alec Baldwin Not Thoroughly Checked, Affidavit Says

Dave Halls, the assistant director, told an investigator that he had not carefully checked the revolver, which was loaded with a live round that killed the cinematographer. Investigators said they believe there were more live rounds on the set.
