SOM and Princeton University use AR to construct self-balancing arch in Venice

Architecture studio SOM has worked with Princeton University's Form Finding Lab to create the Angelus Novus Vault – a self-balancing brick arch that was built using augmented-reality goggles.
The Angelus Novus Vault forms the entrance to the Time Space Existence group show, organised in Venice by the European Cultural Centre around the theme of the climate emergency.
