Generate to build carbon-neutral CLT apartment block in Boston

Architecture studio Generate has unveiled plans to build a carbon-neutral apartment block, named Model-C, in Boston using a cross-laminated timber "kit of parts".
The proposed five-storey block will use Generate's Model-C prototype "kit of parts" system, which is a type of modular prefabrication that allows for disassembly and reuse.
