Foster + Partners completes EU’s tallest building in Warsaw
British architecture studio Foster + Partners has completed its Varso Tower in Warsaw, Poland, a supertall skyscraper that measures 310 metres and is now the European Union's tallest building.
The skyscraper, which houses offices, restaurants, retail facilities and a sky garden, has overtaken Foster + Partners 259-metre-tall Commerzbank Tower – built in Frankfurt in 1997 – to become the tallest building in the EU.
