Medieval Artifacts Unearthed in Southwest England

DEVON, ENGLAND—The Herald Express reports that fifteenth-century artifacts have been found in the town of Newtown Abbot by a team from Cotswold Archaeology. The excavation site along Wolborough Street includes the rear areas of long, narrow plots of land that would have been rented from the local lord during the medieval period.
