Yahoo barely beats Wall Street view as offers trickle in for core business
Yahoo Inc's first-quarter results beat Wall Street estimates by a hair but revenue dropped 11.3 percent, as the web-pioneer struggled to boost growth in the core online search and display advertising business that is in the processing of auctioning off.
