White House slams Sally Yates as ‘a political opponent’

A day after Yates testified that she had warned the Trump administration that former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn was vulnerable to blackmail by Russian, the White House attempted to cast the career federal prosecutor who has worked in both Democratic and Republican administrations as a partisan operative.
