WGL weighs sale after interest from Spain's Iberdrola - Bbg

Nov 29 (Reuters) - WGL Holdings Inc, parent of
natural-gas utility Washington Gas, is weighing options
including a sale after receiving takeover interest from Spain's
Iberdrola SA, Bloomberg reported.
