Wall Street higher after better-than-expected factory data

The S&P 500 was up 15 points, or 0.72 percent, at 2,094.36 and the Nasdaq composite index was up 45.33 points, or 0.9 percent, at 5,099.08. Eight of the 10 major S&P sectors were higher, with the health care sector's 1.75 percent rise leading the advancers.
