Wall Street drops as weak oil weighs on energy shares

Wall Street was down on Wednesday as weak oil prices weighed on energy stocks, a day after the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq hit record highs. Oil prices fell 1.36 percent in choppy trading after the U.S. government reported a surprise crude stockpile build. The S&P 500 energy index fell 0.78 percent.
