US 'disturbed by irregularities' in Rwanda landslide vote

KIGALI, Rwanda (AP) — The United States said Saturday it was "disturbed by irregularities observed during voting" in Rwanda's election, which longtime President Paul Kagame won with nearly 99 percent of the vote.
