UPDATE 2-Zimmer props up spine device business with $1 bln LDR buy

June 7 (Reuters) - Zimmer Biomet Holdings Inc agreed
to buy fellow medical device maker LDR Holding Corp for
about $1 billion deal to expand in the market for treating spine
disorders.
