MEXICO CITY, Sept 9 (Reuters) – Storm Katia weakened to atropical depression on Saturday as it moved into the interior ofMexico, but it could still dump heavy rains on areas that haveabsorbed large amounts of precipitation and been shaken by amassive earthquake in recent days.
