WASHINGTON, Aug 18 (Reuters) – A U.S. subsidiary of Italianbank Intesa Sanpaolo, has agreed to pay $35 million tosettle charges it violated U.S. securities laws governing theissuance of American Depositary Receipts, the Securities andExchange Commission said on Friday.
