July 24 (Reuters) – U.S. oil producer Anadarko PetroleumCorp posted a larger-than-expected quarterly loss onMonday and said it would cut its 2017 capital budget by $300million, the first major U.S. oil producer to do so, because ofdepressed oil prices.
