TSX falls as financial and consumer stocks retreat

TORONTO (Reuters) - Canada's main stock market index fell on Thursday as losses for financial and consumer stocks offset gains for resource stocks. The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index unofficially closed down 30.09 points, or 0.22 percent, at 13,881.20. Six of the index's 10 main groups ended lower.
