Texas Lawmakers Overrule Austin, Allow Lyft And Uber To Return To City

A bill expected to be signed into law by Texas Gov. Greg Abbot will allow Uber and Lyft to operate once again in the city of Austin without abiding by the city's strict background check requirements.
