Spain, Ecuador net 5.5 metric tons of cocaine in Pacific

MADRID (AP) — Spanish authorities cooperated with Ecuadorean police to intercept a ship off that Latin American country bringing more than 5.5 metric tons of cocaine to Spain, officials said Monday.
