South Africa and Poland downgrade threats remain, says S&P
By Marc Jones LONDON (Reuters) - There is still a threat hanging over South Africa's credit rating, Standard & Poor's said on Thursday, while the actions of Poland's incoming central bank chief could be crucial to whether it avoids another downgrade.
