SEC reportedly probing OpenAI’s Sam Altman

The Securities and Exchange Commission is reportedly investigating whether Sam Altman misled OpenAI’s small coterie of wealthy investors. Altman was dismissed, and then brought back, as head of the company that produces ChatGPT last year.
