S&P, Dow eye record; techs boost Nasdaq to all-time high

(Reuters) – The Nasdaq hit a record intraday high on Monday, while the S&P and the Dow were within a hair’s breadth of their all-time highs, helped by a jump in technology shares and as a surge in oil prices boosted energy stocks.
The three major indexes have rallied since the U.S. election as investors bet Donald Trump’s policies would be market friendly. The Dow hit a record intraday high last week.
