Publication of a Prospectus

January 13, 2017 – Technip S.A. (Euronext: TEC, “Technip”) and FMC Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: FTI, “FMC Technologies”) announce that TechnipFMC plc (“TechnipFMC”) secured today visa no. 2017-015 from the French stock market regulator (Autorité des Marchés Financiers, “AMF”) for its prospectus relating to the listing of its ordinary shares on the Euronext Paris regulated market (the “Prospectus”).
