SAO PAULO, Sept 2 (Reuters) – Brazilian holding company J&FInvestimentos SA on Saturday accepted a proposal fromNetherlands-based Paper Excellence to buy pulpmaker EldoradoBrasil Celulose SA for 15 billion reais ($4.7 billion),including debt.
