Nikki Haley says U.S. will use force if needed in response to North Korea

At an emergency session of the United Nations Security Council in the wake of North Korea’s test of an intercontinental ballistic missile, U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. Nikki Haley condemned North Korea’s actions and called for international action in response to the test. She said the launch “made the world a more dangerous place.”
