TOKYO, Aug 28 (Reuters) – Japan’s Nikkei share average edgedlower on Monday, as investors assessed the impact of a weakerdollar following a central bank conference in Jackson Hole,Wyoming, as well as the damage from Tropical Storm Harvey.
