Judge Throws Out Case Against Apple Over Distracted Driving

Before Apple rolls out its Do Not Disturb While Driving feature on iOS 11, the company still has to face numerous lawsuits blaming the company for distracted driving incidents. However, one of the cases has been thrown out.
