Judge: Bridge case complaint against Christie can proceed

HACKENSACK, N.J. (AP) — A New Jersey judge ruled for the second time that a criminal complaint against Gov. Chris Christie can go forward, saying Thursday there's probable cause to believe he knew lane closings at the George Washington Bridge in 2013 were more than just a routine traffic study.
