Germany to pull troops from Turkish base in spat with Ankara

BERLIN (AP) — Chancellor Angela Merkel's Cabinet decided Wednesday to pull German troops and reconnaissance aircraft out of Turkey's Incirlik air base after Turkish officials refused to let lawmakers visit them.
