Gas prices are rising again. Here’s why you shouldn’t worry, one analyst says.

Gasoline prices have gone up across the country over the past week, and drivers planning to head out of town for spring break sometime during the next two months will likely see prices that are higher still.   The national average price for a gallon of gas climbed to $3.338 on Thursday, its highest level of the year.
