HOUSTON, Aug 27 (Reuters) – Royal Dutch Shell Plcsaid on Sunday it has not yet been able to assess damage to itsdeepwater Perdido platform in the U.S. Gulf of Mexico afterevacuating it ahead of Tropical Storm Harvey, which came ashoreas a hurricane.
