Crude Traders Make the Leap; Most Buying Since March 2011

Large crude speculators (trend followers) made their largest crude oil purchase since March 2011. Position changes in June 2014 and April 2015 were large too (not this large) and occurred at tops. With crude near lows however, the meaning of the current reading is not as clear.
