COT-Crude Oil New Week and New Record

The net speculative long position in crude oil has been at a record for 3 weeks now. Commercial hedgers hold a record short position for the 2nd consecutive week. This feels a lot like June 2014, when price was also stagnant in the face of record positioning. Crude then crashed.
