10 people hospitalized after unexpected turbulence on an American Airlines flight

American Airlines Flight 759 headed from Athens, Greece to Philadelphia experienced extreme, unexpected turbulence that left 10 people (passengers and crew) hospitalized, according to reports. The flight had almost 300 people on board and eventually landed safely in Philadelphia.
