Potential mail interruptions loom; AFSC moves to alternate delivery methods

Canada may be facing a postal strike or lockout later this week. Negotiations between Canada Post and members of Canadian Union of Postal Workers continue; however, a strike or lockout could occur as early as November 3. If a strike or lockout does occur, mail in transit becomes the property of Canada Post and cannot be recovered during the interruption.
