News Corp. offloads video ad platform Unruly to Tremor

Rupert Murdoch-controlled News Corp. said Monday it is selling its video advertising platform, Unruly, to Israel-based Tremor in a stock deal valued at about $20 million. The media company purchased Unruly in 2015 for about $90 million cash plus up to $86 million contingent on performance.
