Warranty Claims Processor/CSR

NC-High Point, PALLADIO Services (uniters.com) is seeking candidates for our FURNITURE WARRANTY CLAIMS PROCESSOR position. A Claims Processor handles a high volume of customer calls and processes consumer furniture warranty claims by gathering information regarding a customer's issue, evaluating the appropriate options, and making decisions on how to proceed according to established processes.
