FL-Tampa, Primary Objective: The Video Client Care Specialist is passionate about the Spectrio products and mission while performing all duties associated with client relations and sales support to ensure clients utilize and renew their service. The Video Client Care Specialist is primarily responsible for outbound and inbound client calls in regards to video services. Responsibilities include: Act as point
