Senior Property Manager - Residential Rental Property

NY-New York, The Senior Property Manager will be responsible for managing the operations of over 1500 rental apartments. Responsibilities will include: · Managing on-site office staff and approximately 40 union building employees. · Conducting regular inspections of buildings, grounds and mechanical systems. · Meeting daily with staff to monitor and track progress of all operations. · Handling tenant related m
