Senior Consultant (Business Analyst)

MD-Bethesda, ECS is seeking a Senior Consultant (Business Analyst) to work in our Bethesda, MD office. Job Description: Responsible for working with NHLBI stakeholders to elicit, analyze and validate requirements for Administrative systems (i.e., TRAC, My Team, Intranet program).
