Property Manager Assistant Coney Island temp to perm or perm asap section 8 building

NY-New York, Rapidly growing section 8 building in Coney Island is looking to hire a tax credit/recertifications specialist. You will be reporting to a property manager. You will be doing all neccessary paperwork for annual section 8 recertifications and you must know tax credit laws. Certification is a plus and fluency in Spanish is a plus.
