Property and Equipment Manager

MN-GAYLORD, The Property and Equipment Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the property, inventory, and equipment for PMB Holding. The Caretaker will oversee, safety, building prep prior to rental, handyman type maintenance, arranging vendors, cleanliness, customer satisfaction, and curb appeal.
