Order Administrator/Customer Service Specialist

MA-Middleton, We are seeking two Order Administrator/Customer Service Specialists for a growing small business located in the North Shore. Duties: Processing orders in a timely and accurate manner, coordinating shipments and communicating lead time and delivery dates. Create Work Orders and process RMAs. Review inventory levels, assist with placing purchase orders with vendors and verify deposit checks are appl
