DC-Washington, Operations & Customer Service Manager, Smithsonian Travel The Smithsonian Institution is currently seeking a dynamic and talented Operations & Customer Service Manager. This position is a part of the Smithsonian Travel group within Consumer & Education Products, and reports to the Director, Operations. The position is responsible for managing customer service communications and providing operation
