NY-Albany, Property management firm seeks full time maintenance / facilities management person for newer upscale apartment community. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in facilities management and is skilled in carpentry, sheet rock, taping, painting, tile setting, plumbing, electrical and a working knowledge of HVAC systems. Position requires not only repair but ensuring all systems of the building a
