PA-Wilkes-Barre, Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Perform research within the Change Utility (CU) to assess application, eligibility, determination, enrollment, and inconsistency data, including determining which documents are necessary to adjudicate the appeal and upload said documents to the case management system. Obtain files and update all applicable demographic information to the appropriate system in
