HUD SEC 8 Property Manager

OH-Zanesville, Mapleview /Colony Terrace Apartments are a 348 Senior/Family HUD SEC. 8 community located on the north side of Zanesville ,Ohio. We are looking for a full-time experienced property manager with the ability to perform daily office and tenant issues along with keeping up with the monthly turn overs of vacancies.
