Helpdesk Technician - Support (REMOTE)

IA-Des Moines, Description: Intermediate technical PC skills including knowledge of operating systems, networking, and/or hardware required. Must be detail oriented and have strong communication, customer service, analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential.
